Built to survive in the most demanding conditions, our Heavy-Duty One Inch Lighter Gas Valve is engineered for harsh industrial environments such as chemical plants, offshore platforms, and wastewater treatment facilities.
This valve is used on the pilot gas line of an incinerator burner in a wastewater treatment plant, where it is exposed to high humidity and corrosive gases.
After passing the pressure test, approved valves are sent to the plating department where they undergo a multi-stage cleaning and electroplating process to apply the corrosion-resistant finish before a final quality check.
Given their use in harsh environments, valves are individually wrapped in VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper and placed in heavy-duty, sealed plastic bags. They are then packed in wooden crates for maximum protection during ocean freight.
